I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the facilities and overall service. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I truly enjoyed my experience. There was only one minor issue with one staff member, but apart from that, everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again..

The rooms are very functional and nice, great attention to detail. Staff is casual and nice, much friendlier than in the big resorts. Location convenient, breakfast and dinner buffet good, many activities. We would stay there again.

Hotel location is not the most comfortable there is not much to do around. But also hotel has everything you need - food, 2 pools, activities and etc

Shout out to Brian, he works at the Ye Man restaurant. He’s the only hardworking staff member there, he was on top of things. Somedays he was the only one at breakfast and had to do everything alone. The buffet breakfast was the worse thing. It made my trip so terrible. We ate the same thing over and over again. They didn’t change anything. The place is not thoroughly cleaned. The room service only changed sheets and didn’t even sweep the floor or wash the shower, we kept showering in each other’s dirt throughout the week. The last day we found multiple lizards at the back of a built in mirror, we couldn’t sleep and we had a flight in the morning. I really didn’t like this hotel. I had hopes cause the outside looks really cool but inside the rooms is dirty and not properly cleaned.
