    The hotel is ideally located for visits to the Caudan Arts Centre and Market. The room was clean, linen and towel too, which I always appreciate, so hats off to the housekeeping staff. The hotel itself needs a little TLC I think, but the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, so all in all, I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Port Louis.

    We had a wonderful stay at Le Suffren Hotel and Marina while we were in Port Louis. We received a complimentary room upgrade and the one bedroom apartment we were allocated was clean and spacious and close to both the spa and the pool. Breakfast was good and the complimentary water taxi provided very easy access to Caudan Waterfront and to Odysseo Oceanarium. Absolutely no complaints about our stay here.

    If its hotel for ***€ i would say ok nice. But ***€ per night …. no.. Mauritius detached from the world. no elevator shower very old and very used. aircondition very old and noisy you can here everything from coridor or outside, zero sound isolation just fancy looking ilusion to charge ***€ per night without food, but its basicaly ***€ hotel by feeling.

    The hotel is lovely. Service is terrible. You order room service, it never comes. Bar tenders are terrible...u ask for something you never get it. You must ask many times. They don't care about the guests. Disappointed that people in hospitality can be like that.
