    Would not recommend. There is nothing around. Petrol station with burger king one way and 7eleven other way. There is no pool or even garden to spend time. I had reservation with agoda and payed for via Internet but when we arrived we had to pay again.... Waiting for refund but no money refunded yet. There is coffee machine to use for free... Ice bucket in the room but no ice available anywhere.... Taxi cost 250 peso to the airport. Would not stay again....

    My flight was arriving close to midnight so I booked this hotel. Check-in was fairly easy. The room on the third floor was big and looked comfortable, and the aircon was running cool air. I was hungry and was pointed to a Subway next to a gas station nearby. Minutes after settling down in my chair to eat my sandwich back in the hotel, the lights went off! In fact, there was a power cut and the whole neighborhood went dark. The hotel, meanwhile, had no generator and emergency lights, and stayed dark the entire time. I managed to finish my sandwich dinner and get ready for bed using my cellphone light. I tried to call the hotel number thru my cellphone regarding the outage, but no one answered. I also heard doors open and close; saw cellphone lights criss-crossing the corridor floor, from other curious and concerned guests. And yet no phone call or any discreet contact whatsoever from the hotel reception regarding the situation. Can you imagine that? I must have been pretty tired that I slept through it without aircon and no hot water! In the morning, staff acted like nothing eventful happened the night before. The free breakfast was in a confined room next to the reception, which had strong kitchen smells on account that the the cook deliberately kept the kitchen door open! I should have gone straight to a hotel in the city center if it weren’t for security concerns and it being my first time in Cancun!

    The location is perfect if you must be at the airport the next day, the price is fantastic and the service of staff was amazing, helping with any question and need we had, there is a free shuttle bus service to the airport too.

    I do not recommend it. No one speaks enough English which is weird for an American brand and located near the airport. They left me at the airport in the heat. They told me that the shuttle needed to be ordered 24 hours in advance. The Internet sucks. Everything sucks. Pay more to go somewhere else.
