    This hotel has an excellent location and, with the right management, could easily compete with many high-end properties. In fact, it feels like the owners are sitting on a hidden gem but are not giving it the attention it deserves. With proper investment and care, this property could become a truly outstanding luxury boutique hotel. During our stay, we appeared to be the only guests in the entire hotel, while neighboring hotels along the same stretch were fully occupied. There were only around six or seven staff members on duty, all of whom seemed to be handling multiple roles. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, but it was clear they were working with limited resources. Unfortunately, the property itself showed signs of neglect. Our room had several maintenance issues, including electrical problems, a faulty ceiling fan, and a leaking bathtub. The balcony railings were damaged and unstable, creating a potential safety concern. There was also no poolside assistance or even basic amenities such as towels available by the pool. The biggest disappointment was the food. Meals were served as a fixed menu, yet there was no menu card provided. Guests were simply offered a single predetermined four-course meal, which was of poor quality and lacked variety. The dining experience fell well below expectations. Overall, the hotel has tremendous potential, but significant improvements in management, maintenance, and food quality are needed before it can deliver the experience that its location and setting deserve.

    Recommended place to holiday. Calm and peaceful location. Mr.Janaka friendly and good hospitality. Breakfast fast also good.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great, being very close to the beach, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. It offers excellent value for money, and the breakfast was enjoyable. A special mention to Chef Sasanka, who was excellent and made our dining experience even better. While some of the room facilities could be improved, overall we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
