    We checked in last week Wednesday night like 12 midnight and paid almost 10k Sri Lankan rupees room was fine but no tissues and for garbage no garbage bag at all And early morning heavy rain falls then it was like flood inside the room and no electricity working even the land line not working in the room to make a call for front office My wife so much upset with the issues and specifically the people they don’t even smile at you didn’t even ask how was the night or nothing at all This is not the way to do hospitality like in this beautiful country need to put more care and hospitality to welcome guests and to have return guests I will not recommend to anyone this dissatisfied place at all not worth the money Thanks

    I recently stayed here and had a generally positive experience. Most of the facilities are excellent ,the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the overall atmosphere was great.

    The hotel caters to event as well. That at 1am you could hear fire works, loud music etc forgetting that they have other guests. I had to ring the reception multiple times without answer to check out & ask for assistance to bring my bag down since they don’t have a lift. I had to lift it from 2nd floor & only by then someone came to the desk in pjs clearly just woken up. A/Cs not working much, maybe thats why theres a huge ceiling fan And prepare to use mobile data, wifi is too slow it’s the same as nothing. If you love nature, at 3am onwards youll hear weird noises outside.
