We had a lovely stay at Belmont. The airport service was very efficient and we had a lovely welcome when we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were well appointed and spacious and we ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely food and fabulous staff.
Nothing - loved it all

Modern hotel close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. Well-equipped rooms with nice décor. Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Nice pool to cool off. Nice staff.
It would have been nice if our excellent Sri Lankan breakfast had been ready for us at 7.30 am as requested, as we needed to leave for the airport at 8. We only managed to gobble about half of the delicious curries and string hoppers in the 10-15 minutes we had after they arrived, which was a pity and could have been avoided if it had been ready when we arrived. A pity when it was probably the most expensive breakfast of our whole 3 week trip! An easily-fixed problem though!
