We arrived at the Belmont with a heavy heart as we had finally reached the end of our amazing Sri Lankan journey and the Belmont was the ideal choice for that journey to end at. The hotel was lovely, a clean and air conditioned room with high ceilings and a great bathroom/shower.  It location was also excellent, a short 30 min ride to the airport and walking distance to numerous shops and restuarants. The hotel also has a small pool for cooling down in and a rooftop dining is also a plus. I would highly recommend the Belmont - its is exactly as its name suggest - a boutique hotel with a lovely vibe and a great spot to stay before saying goodbye to Sri Lanka
