It’s looks beautiful! The pool is really fun. Close to the airport and very comfortable for staying after late flight

It’s important to know if you come with kids that the parents unit is in the first floor and the other’s rooms are in the second floor

המזגן באחד החדרים לא עבד כראוי ולכן הילדים לא ישנו באותו החדר ונאלצנו שהם ישנו בחדר שלנו.

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The private pool was the highlight of our stay and made the experience feel luxurious. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very smooth. The location was convenient, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Negombo.

L’état général du logement qui souffre d’un manque d’entretien flagrant : baie vitrée ne fermant pas, douche proche piscine inutilisable. De même pour les wc attenants, terrasse en bois défoncée et potentiellement dangereuse avec des vis apparentes La propreté du logement : a première vue, ok mais dans le détail, c’est sale. Son emplacement : très bien pour des locaux. Mais pas des voyageurs de passage. Mais c’est un avis personnel bien sûr. Petite embrouille avec le responsable des clés au check-out : comme par hasard le TPE pour un paiement par carte ne fonctionnait ce week-end. Obligation d’aller chercher du cash, ok sur le principe mais gonflant quand même dans les tentes au milieu du parc naturel le paiement par carte était possible. De plus l’employé n’avait pas de quoi rendre l’appoint. Il a donc arrondi le prix au dessus et m’a rendu moins…ce n’est pas une question de valeur (elle était infime) mais bien une question de principe. Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié surtout avec tout ce que j’ai décrit dessus. Donc clairement ce logement est très largement surévalué
