    It is one of the most comfortable place to stay. The access to the beach, the views, the pool, everything is amazing. Breakfast experience for vegetarians can be improved, very limited options for people who do not eat egg.

    We stayed at this hotel in Mirissa for 3 days and our stay has average, especially given that it's advertised as a 5-star property. While the pricing matched that of a high-end hotel, the overall quality felt closer to a 3-star experience. One of the major issues we faced was a power outage during our stay, and unfortunately, the hotel's generator wasn't working, which made things quite inconvenient and scary at night. The breakfast offered had very limited options, though I must say the quality and taste were quite good. The room also lacked amenities that you expect in a 5-star hotel- no dental kits, cheap-options on other bathroom amenities. Most of the staff were courteous and helpful, which we appreciated. However, our experience was marred by the man at reception who checked us in — he was unprofessional, rude, and made us feel unwelcome from the start. Overall, the hotel has potential but definitely needs to improve its service quality, maintenance, and staff professionalism to justify its rates and claimed star rating.

    The location is good and the staff was friendly , but there is no facilities and the beach area is a huge rock i couldn’t swim there, the value for money just wasn’t there
