    The location is nice, right on the beach and very accessible to all of the restaurants shops and atms and I thought the staff were nice too, until we politely asked for a refund as we are moving to a different hotel and they straight up said no even though our reasons were valid and it was only the first night out of 8 nights we booked. The photos shown on *** or Agoda are nothing like the reality! Online photos show lots of outside seating like chairs and tables and sun beds which is all a scam, I will insert photos of what the hotel looks like now and you can compare. Also I understand I booked the standard room and I expected it to be budget friendly but I thought that *** would atleast get me one of the three aircon, a warm shower, or free wifi that works, and we got non of those. We were also not made aware of the curfew when checking in meaning we were locked out at 10.30pm when we came home and no one was answering the phone (or maybe because the wifi doesn’t work) so we had to climb round the other side from the beach which anyone could do. I wouldn’t usually pay more than *** for this quality, I have stayed in lovely resorts with swimming pools, and aircon for ***, massive rip off!! Super disappointed as this is the first bad experience I have had whilst travelling Asia for 4 months. Hotel if you are reading this, you need to update your online photos, stop false advertising a pretty much abandoned building.

    It’s a great location and the price was incredible. Very friendly staff. The only thing I would change is the internet connection that was not present in the rooms even from mobile data. But the view outside is great and you will get internet just outside of your room
