    It was sadly a bit over priced as it was a national holiday but the hotel was nice and clean and had everything one would need for a short trip. Enough towels, shampoo and body wash and water bottles in the fridge. Also a TV and a big window which made the room feel brighter. It is also located reasonably close to the bus terminal. Would stay again!

    About a 15–20-minute walk from the Bus Terminal but if we knew our stops, we could have been dropped off by the Bus from Busan very close by as it is on the route. If you were coming from Seoul, you can take the train via Daejeon to Changwon Jungang, then taxi to Jinhae. We arrived at 1 pm (2nd floor lobby) and could not check in until 4 pm. The Cherry Blossom Festival was on close by and the nice desk person gave us maps and information using his English and Google translate to help us enjoy the rest of the day. We got to our room on the lift, a Deluxe King after 6. Room 707, nice big, king bed, 4 pillows (2 large, 2 thinner), work table chair, fridge, kettle (coffee/tea), 2 sitting chairs and a small table, great view of the city, large bathroom, 4 small towels and shower. Good blackout curtains. Restos, convenience stores and other close by. When leaving, the desk person was in the parking lot and called a taxi for us. Very nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff, happy with our choice and room, would stay again if back again.

    The hotel is located centrally located walking distance to the stream with coffee shop, grocery store and the local restaurants nearby. It is a new hotel, the facilities were clean and the staff took time to call for our taxi back to the station.

    The hotel offers 24-hour check-in. Actually, it has a machine on the ground floor that dispenses the room card, which is also used for access control into the building at midnight. We arrived at 2 a.m. and successfully obtained the room card from the machine. However, we could not use it to enter the building. We tried to find the front desk, but it is located inside the building on an upper floor. The only way to contact them was by phone. Since we didn’t have a Korean phone number, we had to go to a nearby convenience store and ask the staff there to help us call the hotel. After calling them, the staff kept telling us to use the card to get in. They even issued us an extra card through the machine using their back-office computer. We felt like they were unwilling to come down and help us solve the problem. After nearly 30 minutes of back-and-forth, the staff finally came down and opened the door for us. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially arriving at midnight after a long journey. It would be great if there were another method (such as a messenger app or WhatsApp) to contact the front desk at midnight. Moreover, the staff stated that he didn’t know any English, luckily I know a little, so if you don’t know any Korean, it may be difficult to communicate with the staff.
