If your going to a special event, like a festival like Cherry Blossom Festival it is perfect for a few short days. Location is between the creek and the main stag area. Surprisingly quite. Everything in walking distance. Only critic, room some cheap furniture, like a fold up chair that my 190lbs not comfortable but the only chair. The table was not much better but small only coffee bar space. The dresser type was good. Bed was nice and firm. The AC was individual controlled from floor heating so you could have both. Nice! No view

Room was big for one person. It has most things a typical hotel would have (toiletries, electric kettle, bath robe, coffee/tea bags, mini fridge, TV) but way cheaper for what it would cost back in the Philippines. Location was good. It was walking distance from the stream and there were a lot of Korean restaurants in the area. Staff didn't speak English but it wasn't a problem. They seemed welcoming nonetheless. My room was on the 5th floor and there was no lift. Good thing I only had a backpack with me so it wasn't a problem at all. I will probably stay here again the next time.
