    We went on a weekday and did not go during peak season. We booked a small room without a window view but I am not going to complain about it because of the price I paid. The price was extremely reasonable. They offer better and bigger rooms with a sea view, but that's not what this review is about. The place seems to be run by a family, which is a bonus because every staff member seems to care. The room was very clean for the price. Despite the fact that it is on the third floor, our room was quiet as there is a daycare the floor below. At night, that place is closed. The location is unbeatable. It is right in front of Gwangalli beach, which is where all the fun is. There is also another block down the road with many restaurants. If you are tight on budget, there is a dollar-pizza in that place. There was an issue, despite the fact that Agoda advertised that breakfast was supposed to be included, it wasn't. I didn't expect anything fancy but I hope they will update the provide information. If you want to pay more, there are better choices. However, at this price point, I doubt you will find a better place there.

    Location is perfect, blackout curtains, staff also friendly but can’t speak English and don’t want to call a taxi. They could not give me information about the taxi costs to the airport as well. No clothing hangers available. Toilet was broken and if you shower the water will pour trough the whole bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom and bedroom are super slippery. Some tiles in the bedroom are loose and sharp. Very small towels, but you can ask for extra at no charge. The bed is hard. The back of the 2 seats in the room was broken so you could not sit normal in those. Beautiful view of the beach and bridge but the windows dirty. Decoration dusty. Often very long waiting time for the 2 lifts since more hotels and restaurant are located in the same building. The hotel is in need of a facelift.
