Location at the beach, clean room, great bathroom, effective AC (bit loud). Very comfortable
Check-in/check-out communication, it was not clear I had booked early check-in and I was not informed correctly about the late check-out times

Fabulous location, at the end of Gwangali beach, with great views back along the bay. Easy access to everything.
Steam cleaning cupboard was a bonus

Very comfortable and clean room. More spacious than we expected. Bathroom nice too

Overall great value. My criticism is maybe too much to ask from a 2star but it would improve the customer experience...
It's nice that breakfast was included for this two star, but I feel the breakfast could be improved by providing more (vegan) options and fresh ingredients in particular (but can understand it's hard for a few customers)
The breakfast times are quite restrictive (7am-9am)
The laundry machine took much longer than expected (over 5 hrs)
The staff doesn't speak English well and also doesn't really put in effort trying to understand you

Location and sea views were perfect
Breakfast was rubbish and very limited
One of the sinks was broken in the room
House keeping forgot our room on last day and the dressing gowns smelt unwashed. Very poor
Received a call near midnight to come and pay for the stay which was rude and disrespectful.. ruined our stay in Korea
