    Room and hotel facilities were decent for the price, however there was a stench in the hotel bathroom. Believe it was coming from the sewage/trash disposal. Other than that everything else was great

    decided to get the deluxe double room to have more space, and had no regrets! the view from the room was really pretty as well, reminded me of busan’s gamcheon culture village! the beds were really comfy, aircon was working great and room was clean. they even gave us new towels and clean our bins on the 2nd day without us asking so that was lovely. only downside was probably that we had to take a bus to the nearest train station, about 3 stops! but there’s bus stops nearby that has a direct bus to hongdae so that’s quite convenient. Overall, for the price, it was a great stay :)) Would recommend if you don’t mind the distance as it’s quite peaceful around that area!

    I booked this location with high hopes as it had many positive reviews. I have since realized the positive reviews were in fact years old and many of the more recent ones were either negative or mediocre. Unfortunately, this mirrored my experience. The staff were perfectly fine and the location is fine, but the room itself left much to be desired. There were lots of stains and splatter on the walls in various locations (!), and several pieces of furniture (all?) were very worn, chipping, or stained -- or all of the above. The fixtures in the washroom were also quite dirty. Not necessarily with "dirt", though I am sure there was some, but with lots of unknown residue on the shower heads and around the faucets. The floor is dark carpet so hard to tell its cleanliness, but it appeared worn and the corners of the room had build-up of crumbs, dust, etc. The overall physical vibe of the room I have seen before in small, family-owned motels at the side of a highway for very low rates. I am sure the property was cute when it opened, but it appears to have been minimally maintained in the years since and housekeeping doesn't appear to do more than a cursory surface wipe. If you can get a really low rate on this property and/or won't be spending any time in the room and/or don't have a need for cleanliness, it is fine. But if cleanliness is important to you, I would keep looking. P.S. I will give credit where it is due, however, and the bed was SUPER comfy! They have good mattresses with a pillow top cover, I believe. I slept really well. Five stars to the bed.
