    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The people who worked there were very nice. Very willing to help. The beds were very comfortable and we managed to have very good sleeps here. As others have said, the nearest Metro is not too far buy it is through an estate but once we found our bearings it was quite easy. There are plenty of buss's nearby. Our only gripe was that there were no wardrobes, but this was more than compensated by the lovely beds and quilts.

    Hotel was 4 to 8 to 18 mins walking distance to bus/subway stations (depending on where you are going, but the nearest was 4 mins) ; room was little but we were able to open 2 large luggages and we can still walk around comfortably ; there was a coffee machine at the lobby and a pantry at the basement - you can also do your laundry there ; shower situation - we were careful when taking a shower since there were no divider and even can get wet outside the door if not careful ; location was in the middle of an alleyway - not hard to find if you use Naver app - we arrived around midnight and we did not have a problem finding the place (other route going to the hotel might be dark for some, specially if you are alone) ; staff were friendly, we borrowed umbrellas since our first day there was raining, did not charge us at all (some hotels charge you for borrowing stuff lol) - they were also very responsive to my inquiries via email. Would still recommend to others. :)

    I had a pleasant stay at Five Hotel Jongno. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation -near Jongno 5-ga and Jongno 3-ga. I arrived at 12:00 noon and was allowed to check in early, which I really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and it’s also convenient that you can leave your luggage after check-out if your flight is later in the day. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit compact. One downside is that it’s not fully soundproof, but the noise was still tolerable. I also had a minor issue with the shower, but the staff responded immediately and resolved it quickly. The hotel is located in an alley, which may feel a bit intimidating at first, but I felt safe even when coming back late at night. Overall, it’s a great value for money. Thank you for making my first South Korea stay worthwhile.
