    Good value for money, location near lots of restaurants and a bus stop. Room was clean, but the amenities in the hotel are otherwise a little lacklustre

    Price affordable and the room was okay for two people too we stayed for almost 3 nights it was comfortable definitely recommend on the price

    I had stayed at this hotel before and my experience was decent, so I decided to book it again for my family. We reserved two rooms, but unfortunately the room my sister and I were given smelled absolutely awful. It also looked old, dirty, and poorly maintained. We politely went to the front desk to ask if it was possible to change rooms. The staff member didn't even speak to me or acknowledge what I was saying. He simply looked at me and gestured for me to hand over the room key, then gave us another room that was honestly just as bad. For a very short stay, this hotel might be acceptable if you're on a tight budget. However, after this experience, I wouldn't stay here again. I'd rather pay a little more for a cleaner room and better customer service.

    I would like to give this hotel 5 Stars review because the view of Mount Hallasan from my balcony was so beautiful 😍 But it was marked by rude and unfriendly staff which don't make me feel welcome as a tourist. This male staff in particular was unfriendly and unhelpful. I do not like him at all!
