Minjoonggak

I had originally booked a dormitory but somehow got given a double room. The owner said someone else might use the second bed but in the end I had a private room to myself, with a private bathroom, including a hot bath! That was such a treat. This is why I gave it such a high score. The location is perfect. They also include towels.

You have to leave your key in plain sight at the entrance. I didn't feel safe leaving my valuables there, and there were no safe lockers. There are no staff, and no areas to hang out, this is not a place to meet people. They say they have luggage storage and you're allowed to leave your bag, but it's in the entrance and there are no staff to watch over it. When I arrived, there was no one there, I called and knocked and asked people around for help, in the end the owner eventually showed up maybe 30-40 minutes later, but it was super annoying to wait, especially concerning I had given them my exact arrival time prior. But the owner is nice enough once he finally shows up. Extra blankets would be nice as it was cold during my stay. There is a heater in the room but blankets would be better personally. Mattresses were a little old and hard

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was goed, we hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook was de ligging voor ons goed met allerlei bussen in de buurt en van alles in het centrum op loopafstand.

Het zag er een beetje verweerd / oud uit in de algemene ruimte en ook in de kamer (alles werkte gelukkig wel goed hoor)! De man van het hostel was heel vriendelijk, maar sprak bijna geen Engels. Toen we hem een vraag stelden over wandelen in Hallasan National Park, keek hij ons niet begrijpend aan.
