    It was very dirty—dust, stains, mold, and so on, everywhere. It was very cramped and stuffy. There was a small window that wouldn't open.

    First of all, even though I informed Agoda and got confirmation regarding my late check in, there was noone at the frontdesk and no keys left for self check-in. There were only one key under another name. There were only a few local phone number to call but as a foreigner I didn't have local Sim to call the number. I contacted Agoda customer care and it took 2 hours to communicate! I was already exhausted after a long day and it was already. 1:30 in the morning. In the end, they told me to use the other room reserved to someone else. Then the second part of the story began. The room was awfully dirty, full of mould everywhere, stinky and there were not even bedsheets on the bed. Even the tap was broken! I couldn't even sleep whole night because of the smeel. I complained to the front desk representative next morning and he basically didn't care, just said sorry. Agoda has been even worse, they don't even reply to my messages. And believe me it was not a cheap option! Never again! I advice you to stay away from this guesthouse.

    Love the place, near most of the places. love the free coffee and staff are accommodating. Will definitely book this again

    The blankets are not washed and I found a bit of blood in the blanket
