    Booked because of BTS concert on April. Location was good. Walking distance to the stadium, after finish concert can just walk back to the hotel. Adding can see Cherry Blossom also.

    Super convenient location if you're attending an event at Goyang Main Stadium, about 10mins walk. Easy access to airport bus and train. Lots of stores (e.g. convenience store, bakery, etc.) nearby. Also walking distance to KINTEX exhibition center.

    Best location if you're watching a concert at the Goyang Stadium. Accommodating staff. Free coffee and water at the lobby cafe- much appreciated. Wish there were towel racks. Rates tend to get higher around concert dates (3x more than usual, in my case). Spacious room; beds are 1 twin and 1 queen. Clean sheets and no smell of smoke.

    To be 100% fair...this is a great property if you're going to an event at Goyang Stadium or KINTEX. 5 minute walk to the stadium...25 minute walk or 5 minute taxi or 10 minute bus to KINTEX. Rooms are roomy and updated. Not sure what other amenities or facilities are available since we only stayed 2 nights for a concert. My issue is the management and staff. They have a no refund policy...so be careful...they will not budge on this. We tried to cancel 1 month in advance but was denied 2 times...so we had no choice to stay there. They price gouged us over *** per night from their regular $50 per night non event price. Also...we needed toilet paper (there was only 1/4 of a roll in the room) and a bath towel (there was only 1 in the room)...so asked at the front desk. The staff was hesitant and made comments to each other in Korean...you could feel and hear in the tone they were making negative comments. Just not good customer service to do that with foreign guests. So we liked the hotel for its location and room...but the management's rigid no refund policy and staffs perceived attitude...made this a negative stay for us.
