พนักงานของโรงแรมสุภาพและใจดีมาก แม้จะพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่คล่องแต่ก็พยายามสื่อสารโดยเครื่องมือแปลภาษา
พนักงานผู้หญิงใจดีกับเรามาก เธอให้มันหวานที่เธอนำมาจากบ้านให้เรารับประทานด้วยพร้อมกับให้น้ำดื่มเรากันคนละขวดตอน check out ขอบคุณมากๆค่ะ

I stayed one night at Ilsan Daehwa Mable Hotel after attending the Coldplay concert at Goyang Stadium. The location was very convenient, only a short ride from the venue, which made it perfect since I didn’t want to rush back late at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a quick stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite.
It’s not a luxury hotel, but for a concert night stopover it was exactly what I needed — quiet, comfortable, and close to the stadium. Would recommend for anyone attending events nearby.

1. Late Check-in: Arrived early, refused entry until 6pm despite room availability. Only let us in after arguing.
2. Mystery Fee at Check-in: Front desk demanded 30,000 KRY (~$22 USD). Staff spoke no English - couldn't confirm if it was a deposit ("deposit?" got blank stares). Paid reluctantly.
3. Fee NOT Refunded: Checked out - 30,000 KRW was NEVER returned. No explanation.
4. Major Communication Barrier: Front desk couldn't communicate basic info, causing confusion and financial loss.
Warning: Avoid this hotel if you expect clear fees or English help. We lost 30,000 KRW unfairly.
