    was ok. Altho the bed for me is not my preference of comfort as there was not a bit of softness. 2nd was the laundry area as it was located in a small room and unfortunately not properly maintained cleanliness wise and the machine was programmed. It took me 3hrs or so to try to dry my clothes cuz it stops after a few minutes. I just hanged the clothes in our room. So I didnt get enough rest cuz of that . Anyways, the staff tried to help but also didn't know why the machine stops every now and then. helpful and accommodating staffs. Appreciate much.Location was very convenient to bus stop across the hotel and 10mins walk to sinimun station.

    The price is good. The subway is about 600m, 15 walking. we like it. The Incheon Airport Bus 6100 just in front the hotel. We had 5 suitcase, the bus driver took all of it, he is very friendly.

    It is little further away from the centre but there is bus stop right outside the hotel and Metro station is not very far. The room is small and there is hardly any place to keep the luggage given the terrible layout. The way switches were placed it was a struggle to switch on and off. The wall paper was torn and bathroom cleaning was not up to mark. The house keeping definitely needs improvement as they don’t even know how to put the mattress protector properly. The staff was helpful, there was a problem with the shower which they fixed immediately.
