    It’s about a block from the train station, about 800 meters to Kyoto station. It’s fine, nothing fancy. It’ll serve its purpose. Breakfast is good, too.

    The hotel offered some positive aspects during our stay. The room was ready upon arrival, which was convenient, and the property is located within a 15-minute walk from the train station. We also appreciated the two complimentary bottled waters provided, as well as the complimentary daily towel change. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The room was uncomfortably warm (approximately 90°F) when we arrived, and we noticed hair in the bathroom that did not belong to us. In addition, the in-room refrigerator did not cool properly, remaining at a warm temperature, and overall cleanliness in the room could use more attention. Overall, while the stay was adequate, greater attention to cleanliness, temperature control, and amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience.
