The hospitality and professionalism expected from a 4-star hotel were simply missing. We had booked 2 rooms through Agoda for 2 families, with 4 adults and 2 children in total. When we arrived at around 3 PM, the hotel informed us that their booking showed only 2 adults and 1 child for the two rooms and refused to check us in under the original booking. We were left waiting at the hotel reception for approximately 2 hours with our families and two children while trying to resolve the issue. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of coordination between the hotel and Agoda. Agoda's customer-care team could not even establish proper communication with the hotel. I had to physically hand over my phone to the hotel staff multiple times so that Agoda could speak to them. This is certainly not what one expects from a professional 4-star hotel and an established booking platform. We even requested the hotel to accommodate the adults temporarily so that the wives and children could be comfortable while the issue was being resolved, but this was refused. Eventually, we had to pay an additional ₹6,000 to get the accommodation sorted. There was also a serious discrepancy regarding the room occupancy. Agoda's website showed the room as accommodating 2 adults, while we were subsequently told that the room could accommodate only 1 adult. I am pursuing this issue separately with Agoda. Whatever the underlying booking issue, the way the situation was handled at the property was extremely disappointing. A 4-star hotel should demonstrate hospitality, ownership and flexibility when guests arrive with families and a genuine booking dispute, rather than leaving them standing at reception for hours and directing them back to the booking platform. Hospitality is not just about the room—it is about how you handle a guest when something goes wrong. On that front, this experience fell far short of what I would expect from a 4-star property. Very disappointing and certainly not an experience I would expect or recommend from a 4-star hotel.

Facilities are good and hotel is in the middle of city so transportation became easy.

Location is good along with amenities and staff behavior warmly welcome by front desk.

So, we were a group of 5 friends, and through the images the bed looked big enough to accomodate 3 people, but as we reached one of us had to sleep on the extra matteress that we had to request and that too on floor. The pool was dirty and it only looks like infinity pool. So, its better to book a cheap room with better view and book other things seperately. The breakfast was worth every penny. It was healty and tasty. Thats the only plus point here. Oh and also do not order paid food
