Complete environment is bad, local boys come with girls and reception is just like fish market, waiting for lift is more than 15 minutes and food is completely unhieginc, cook made food without gloves and there is no difference between making of veg and non veg. I don't recommend this for family or business people.

Great value for comfortable stay

Central location, room size, staff. Gita and Mona room cleaners v efficient and polite. Bar and restaurant staff very quick and attentive.

All around not great

The bed was comfortable, the hotel staff (apart from reception) were lovely, amenities were genuinely clean.

Falsely advertised free breakfast, a lot of things said was included but saw none of this, for example it said the feature of our room is a private pool (which we did not see). Lack of spare towels, no room service menu in the rooms - so had to guess what to order. Constantly being cut off the phone by reception, there also needs to be a more accommodating menu as we do not eat halal meat so the only other option was veg. Lack of queuing system at reception. The restaurant menu had a lot of items missing and we were only allowed to order certain things - it shouldn’t be on the menu if its not available for example, Jacob’s Creek wine was not available so had to get Sula wine. All around did not feel this was a 4 star experience, we had a lot of expectations due to how it was advertised and having stayed in 4 star hotels in london.

Feels like sleeping on railway platform

Nothing. 2 noisy. No sound proofing. 2 much noise from upper floor . U can feel person walking on your head. What kind of hotel us this

GOOD FOOD. NICE ROOM. CLEANING STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT IT IS REPEITATIVE. RECEIPTION STAFF WERE COURTIOUS AND SHOWING GOOD GRATITUDE AND SMILE.

NOT CLEANING ROOMS EVERYDAY NOT CHANGING BEDSHEET AND COVERS. THEY DO ONLY ORGANIZING THE ROOM. FRUITS ARE SAME ALL DAY. CLEANING STAFF HAS TO BE TRAINED PRPERLY.

Good location but bad and influence people definitely not with family people use abusive language

Property was in prime location and easy access from everything.

There was few bad experience I had . 1) outsider who came to access club is making too much noise and abusive language. Also they was cheap people how come you can allowed this kind of people in your peppery just for couple of hundred bucks . 2) main entrance you have to walk all the way from market to hotel if u park ur car. 3) No much toiletries no toilet paper , no tooth brush , no sleeper, no towel etc. 4) been swimming with my kids and people there who was swim already using abusive language and show illiteracy they don’t care kids are there unfortunately we have to leave.

The room was clean.

The room had no view at all. There is no norm or restriction on loud music after midnight so the rooftop club is a major disturbance at night. Food at Breakfast buffet was below average.

The reception staff was rude and unresponsive to our basic requirements like water, AC remote, mattress, towels, sanitary kits etc. The room was pre booked and due to that particular staff, we could get the room after 2 hours of reaching the property, we were told to wait at the reception after our hectic traveling.

Very unacceptable

Staff behaviour, room were filled with ants. After complaining they made us wait for 2 hours to change the room washroom we’re not completely built open shaft was there. Charged extra as shown on booking.com. I have videos but there is no option to upload it.
