While being gorgeous from the outside, with lush greenery and a bright warm light emitting from a traditional style building, the stay was lacklustre and uncomfortable. There was no one at the reception to assist with checking in. Another family group was facing so many issues with not receiving any confirmation code and that was unpleasant to experience upon welcome (we helped each other figure it out). It was only a foreshadowing of the stay. The facility has a foul sour smell, the aircon is humid and moist. There are stains on the surfaces and there are no basic amenities like tea, coffee, or sleeping clothes. I wouldn’t recommend being sold by the nice pictures. Reality hits different.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and is conveniently close to vintage shopping spots like Komehyo, as well as FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and nearby pharmacies.
The property is beautiful, clean, and spacious, making it very comfortable for our stay. We also appreciated having a receptionist on-site, and fresh towels were available regularly.
One small suggestion for improvement is that there was a slight odor in the room. An air freshener or fragrance diffuser could help make the room feel even more welcoming.
The only challenge, especially for families traveling with young children, is transportation. You need to take a bus to reach the nearest train station, which may be a bit inconvenient when traveling with little kids.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

We were a family of four with a wheelchair bound family member and this hotel was perfect for our needs. Big room and ample space. There is 1 staff manning the front desk but it is still a self check in process done via tablet and you will be given an access code for your room. Inside the room was another tablet with instructions and you can chat with a staff for your concerns. The location is good very quiet and nearby is the Osu shopping area and restaurants. Bus stations are less than 5 minutes away taking you straight to Nagoya station. For our group we used Go Taxi app to go to nearby Nagoya station or Sakae area which is more practical and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel when you are in Nagoya

It was seamless checking in and out.
However, it took us a while to figure out how to exchange for new towels for the next day.
There was a bad smell whenever we enter the room and after the second day, we finally found out it came from the bedroom slippers provided by the hotel which we did not wear.
The location is good with convenience stalls nearby.
Public parking is also available around the hotel.
