スタフさんの対応が素敵でした。お風呂も綺麗でした。お部屋も快適で エレベーターも早く 全て快適でした。ありがとうございました。

快適でしたが、お部屋にテイシュがなかったのかな？私が探せなかったのかな？

受け答えも丁寧で感じが良かった。 ホテル内も綺麗で清潔感があった。

カードキーが1枚なのは部屋に2人いる所では不便。 大浴場にバンドタオルだけでも置いてあると助かった。 下りのエレベーターで1階に行くのに一度Ｌに止まるのは面倒。 朝食でデザートが数種類あれば子供が喜ぶと思う。 ジャムも置いてくれると良い。

落ちたところが良かったです。大浴場があり大変良かったです。

朝は、コーヒーがありしたが、紅茶がなかった点だけです。

Hotel front desk staff is lack of consideration for customer needs. We were reached hotel at 11.15am, we stored our luggage at hotel and completed the check in process. We were told the check in time is 3pm, we left the hotel for lunch. We came back to hotel again at 2.10pm and approached male front desk staff for allowing us to check in earlier, as we were very tired after long hours midnight flight from Singapore. However, our demand was rejected, the hotel staff insisted the check in time is after 3pm. At last,we were allowed to check in at 2.45pm, and were told our luggage had been kept in our room.
