    This place is amazing. worth the splurge!

    Rude hotel management and staff. No consideration with the kids. In agoda it stated that all the rooms fits to group or to 3adults and 12kids. But they told us that we have to book for 2 room because we are family of 6. Their room fits only 5. They even want us to charge additional 20,000yen for the kids (2 or more person = same rate check it in agoda so many times). We have no choice but to leave that hotel without us 6 staying there. Rode a train going back to nipponbashi with the 4 kids so tired and sleepy in the train. It was very stressful day for us because of them. We did not enjoy and explore nara because of that. It was our first time to experience that kind of treatment.
