Pretty good place. Clean and spacious room. Location is nice. The staff was quite nice. I had to reach the hotel alone with 4 suitcase, the staff was really helpful, He helped with getting 2 suitcase to the floor. That’s really appreciative. Small gestures like this really makes us feel safe and nice in a foreign country. :)

Additionally, being situated by a riverside enhances the peaceful atmosphere, and the presence of nearby convenience stores adds to the overall convenience of the stay. The amenities provided are varied and thoughtful, ensuring that guests have access to everything they might need. The hotel even offers a range of equipment for rental, such as curling irons, which is a nice touch for those looking to freshen up during their travels. The staff deserves special mention for their friendliness and helpfulness; they went above and beyond by assisting with parcel delivery on Valentine's Day and managing luggage storage on the checkout day. However, there were a few drawbacks that should be noted. The heater in the room was not functioning effectively, leading to some discomfort during the night due to the cold. This is certainly an issue that needs addressing to enhance guest comfort. Additionally, I noticed some unsettling spots or dirt on the door, which might benefit from a fresh coat of paint to maintain the hotel's aesthetic appeal. Lastly, the cold pipes occasionally made sounds that could be a bit disruptive. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, Tokyo Sakurako Hatchobori provides a pleasant experience with its spacious rooms, vintage charm, and excellent location, making it a solid choice for travelers in Tokyo.

Pros - clean, spacious living area, close to tourist attractions, easy check in, nearest station is Hatchobori station. Other things to note: Last check in is at 10pm. If your flight was delayed over 10pm, the receptionist will be available in the following morning at 8am. But they do have late check in until 12am with additional charges, if you informed them beforehand. The bathroom and kitchen space are a bit narrow. The washing machine are available at the lobby, on sharing basis. Overall, it was a comfortable stay compared to other pricier hotels in Tokyo area.
