    Is walking distance to train stations and convenience shops are nearby as well. Staff service are great too!

    I feel like the rooms were not nearly as pretty and Sanrio themed as you could expect. As a Sanrio fan, I would have rather stayed at a regular, more modern hotel for the same money. Breakfast was okay.

    Firstly, the rooms were really smelly. I went into my assigned room and it smelt really old and stale and was humid. The bathroom was even worse, smells like there’s no ventilation at all. I asked to change my room but the new room was also smelly but smelt of feet & sweat. I had to open the windows, turn on the AC & run the fan myself. This shouldn’t be my job, this is what the hotel should have been doing. The corridors/hallways also smelt really old, musty and even moldy. Secondly, the rooms are not clean. The bathroom had black mold, the sink area had black slime mold & the walls are dirty. The floor is also very sticky. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay in Okinawa. Really poor, disgusting & traumatizing experience. I wouldn’t waste your money here. There are way better hotels in Naha for MUCH cheaper!
