    wanted to store my bags after check-out, but the front desk staff refused to store them. Most hotels offer luggage storage after check-out, at least on the day of departure. However, the front desk staff seemed rude and kept repeating, “We don’t do that,” without offering any further explanation or assistance.

    We stayed here for 10 days and 9 nights, roaming around Tokyo every day. We also managed to visit Mt. Fuji and easily make our way back to the hotel afterward. The hotel is conveniently located near Ayase Station, which made it easy for us to get around. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we were even lucky enough to have a view overlooking the Tokyo Skytree. It is also conveniently located near 7-Eleven and Tokyo Store, a big supermarket, which made it easy for us to buy food and other necessities. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We availed ourselves of the breakfast-included option, although the choices were the same every day. However, I didn’t really have any issues with it because we eventually got used to having the same breakfast every morning. 😄 Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

    At first, I was hesitant to book Hotel Livemax because of negative reviews for other locations, but this stay completely changed my mind. The hotel is super close to the metro station, which sits on the same direct line to the Shinjuku area. Plus, it's only two stops from Ayase Station to connect to the Keisei Line for easy transit to Narita Airport—extremely convenient! As a 5th-time traveler to Japan, I actually prefer this neighborhood over the usual tourist hubs. It’s calm, not crowded, and surrounded by plenty of great food options, local supermarkets, and drugstores. Check the picture I posted. That’s the hotel from Ayase Station.

    Hotel staff was not too experienced, but there was not a lot of need to contact them. Continental breakfast is not worth the money in my opinion.
