The place was cleaned every day. We were there for one week, and there was a period of time when we were the only guests in the guesthouse. Despite this, the cleaning staff came and cleaned/vacuumed every day the showers, toilets, and the hallways :)
The shared fridge had a lot of old and rotten food items that belonged to old guests. The shared microwave should be cleaned more.

We stayed at subaru guest house to join a competition right next door at the Tokyo budokan. The location was excellent, it was right next to the venue, close to the station, there are many shops and restaurants. The place itself was very clean and nice. The host was very friendly and helpful, we really liked it!

Obiekt bardzo bardzo bardzo czysty. Jeśli czegoś potrzebujesz- zapytaj gospodarza- na pewno pomoże. W nocy cicho więc można spać spokojnie. W okolicy dużo sklepów, stacja metra. Gospodarz odpowiada na wodniści błyskawicznie i jest bardo miły. Pozdrawiam i dziękuję gospodarzowi - Lena i Karolina z Polski
