    The place is suitable for friends who are traveling. It provided enough space for a group of 3, could still fit 4 but it will be a little tight with luggages. What we appreciate most is the living room area and that you have your own washing machine and kitchen in the unit. This is an unmanned hotel so it might get challenging for the elderly upon check in. Make sure you have received email instructions day before your trip. Area is at least 10 mins walk to everywhere, so you can literally walk to Tenjin’s shopping area, Ichiran etc. It is not too far from the airport too. We stayed for 7 nights, there’s no make up room for the entire stay so manage your own garbage. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

    Pros: Good location. Its located in Tenjin. Its like 10-min walk to the Tenjin-Minami subway station. Spacious for 3 pax. Cons: Unmanned hotel. No refill of the toilet paper. No collection of garbage.

    Self service check in no cleaning the room for Japan standard the room was spacious -washing machine -microwave -Cooking utilities -Hair blower -bathtub suprisingly big -big bed -many restaurant nearby &7/11 Isolated incident theres a man “Drunk man” in 3am knocking on the door we are scared what was happening.
