This is a wonderful place to stay. This is great for backpackers and know that you are not going to stay in the box for long periods. Great location and great staff would book all over again.

I stayed here for 6 days. Location was excellent but basic pod cleaning + changing of linen is charged extra!! Changing of linen should be done free every 3 days.

I absolutely loved it here! The amenities were just amazing. From the incredible showers and the bidets to all the free items that you could need, it allows you to have a great clean, cozy, yet modern experience while on a budget. I loved that each floor had there own washroom, shower, and laundry station. it made it feel very private despite being a. hostel, and they were always available. There's also an option to have your bed made for ¥1000 which was also very nice. The guests staying here were all incredibly kind as well!! The breakfast and happy hour was just the cherry on top of it all. this was my first time solo travelling and as a 19 year old girl i felt so safe and relaxed staying here on the women's only floor (you need a specific key to be able to enter the floor) it definitely made my trip a lot more enjoyable. Being in the heart of shibuya was an experience ill never forget. the only slight downside of course you don't always have direct access to your luggage (they have space under the bed for luggage and will hold onto any luggage at front desk if it doesn't fit) I had a checked bag as well as a back pack and a carry on, i kept my carry on at the front desk throughout my stay which was a great help. There's a family mart just across the road open 24/h and just a 5 minute walk from shibuya crossing, and a 10 minute walk to the all the best bars and clubs shibuya has to offer, which was amazing since i didn't have to worry about a bus/ride home after a night out. They also helped me the luggage delivery service. Overall such an easy, smooth, experience and i'll definitely be back next time i'm staying in shibuya!

It was nice passing one night, just in front of the lac Kawaguchiko. It was clean and was a good first experience in a ryokan. The location is good, it's not far from the bus/train station of Kawaguchiko.
