    Our family stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another very convenient and enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, safe, and very comfortable for our family. The location is great, very close to the Limousine Bus stop for Narita Airport, with plenty of food options, drugstores, and convenience stores nearby. We also really appreciated the unlimited drinks available, from coffee and hot chocolate to cola.

    I mistakenly entered the wrong reservation date and ended up spending money without even having the chance to go. I contacted the hotel to change the reservation, but they said it couldn't be done. I made the reservation through Agoda and requested a date change from them as well, but I haven't received any response. Please be careful when making reservations at hotels in Japan.
