    3min walk to station. Also close to Airport bus pickup. Lots of options for food. Clean and super spacious, with elevator. Easy self checkin. A bit of a train ride to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya but for the space, price and access to transport, this has been our family's go to in Tokyo

    There was a strange smell in room and the wardrobes are infested with cockroaches. Please look out before booking

    We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent—very convenient, easy to access, and close to everything we needed. The amenities were also nice and made our stay comfortable. The only issue we experienced was with the cleanliness. The room was quite dusty, especially AC and the sofa bed, and the extra futon stored in the closet appeared to be dirty. Unfortunately, several members of our family have dust allergies, and we didn't feel well during our stay because of the dust. With a little more attention to cleaning, especially dusting and checking the bedding stored in the closet, this would be an even better place to stay.
