    I really enjoyed my stay there. I was welcomed by nice staff. the food is also the best. I really enjoyed my stay there. I would 100 % recommend it.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located very close to the station, making it a great choice for day trips to Nikko. All staff members were very friendly and accommodating, and our room was small, but clean. However, we'd argue that the room could use a fresh paint job, as there was a fairly large stain on the wall. Moreover, the bathroom seriously needs to be treated for mould. Especially the shower curtain was covered in mould spots, which is simply not acceptable, as it raises health concerns.

    This hotel had zero ventilation, there was condensation all over our windows. Probably why there is mold EVERYWHERE in the room. In the bathroom, near the windows, n the curtains, and even the walls were discolored from mold. They had air purifiers but that won’t stop you from inhaling toxic fungus. What was also weird was that there was no AC option, so we were sweating all night. I know it’s october, but at least provide a AC unit for those used to cooler temps. Our stay was hot and muggy and I don’t recommend this hotel.
