    The place is outdated, with old facilities, including beddings. Did not feel that comfortable during the stay. Might be because of the location too, many drunk people staying there after their events. Would be better if they separated by genders for the different levels. You pay for what you get, I guess. Staff were nice though, they helped to store my luggage while i went out and spoke good English.

    Near to restaurants, train station, near Abeno Harukas and Shinsekai Tower, Donki nearby. The room is quite bigger however you need to schedule the cleaning a day before.

    Booked 4 nights. Woke up with 18 bug bites and asked for a refund which they refused. Ok fine they have policy so I booked a new spot and left right away but forgot I had my key so I messaged them that I will return it tomorrow at 3pm. They immediately threatened 10,000 yen if I don’t return immediately (despite having three days left on my booking). I then returned the key. The next day they said they initiated a 20000yen charge for the key (what happened to 10,000???) Also idk why they did this when I still had the room booked for 3 more days and already paid due to refused refund, and had already returned the key by then. Also I know it doesn’t cost 20,000 to replace the key… especially since they had a clone for it.
