    Perfect hotel in a perfect location (top floors in the tallest building and great connections with all sorts of transportation). Staff and services are outstanding.

    Staff opened the door by a master key around midnight. We were shocked. There were 2 children and 2 women in a room. Our room was a corner panoramic city view. Staff said she opened the wrong room. How could this could possibly happen at mid night? She only knocked twice and rang bell twice before opened our room by a master key. I went down to the counter in the morning finding if the one who opened the door was really a hotel staff. Young lady at the counter looked through on her screen then she suddenly said it was a hotel staff. She got asked as how possible could staff used the master key to open guest’s room during the night? She replied “our policy is if we knock and ring the bell and no one reply. The staff has permission to open door direct away.” What a ridiculous policy?!? Finally, the manager came to me to apologize for what happened and stated that both staffs should not answer me like what they have said. The manager offered me free breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks at lounge. I still doubt about Marriott’s policy.
