    Very clean and comfortable. One of the best rooms we have stayed in Japan. Hotel facade looks old but inside is very new and beautiful.

    The onsen and buffet breakfast were great. I booked a single room and was assigned to room 305. The condition of the small carpet at the entrance of the room was dirty and smelly. It reminds me of a rug at a busy restaurant. I can deal with the flat pillow,, thin blanket, peeled wallpaper and dim lighting. But I absolutely won’t stay in room 305 if nothing changes. Thank you.
