    Though the location is great and rooms are okay, staff support is great! But lack of inhouse restaurant and poor management, this isnt a place for group travels with kids!

    The only one good thing about that resort is it's location bang opposite Bekal Fort. But the overall up keep of the resort is average. No facility apart from the room. Staff is very helpful, provided contact for food delivery. Breakfast is available only around 9 am.

    Staff is not at all cooperative, there was filled the atmosphere in every room doors were not closing was not kept in the room there was lot of noise from AC fan was not working properly in total we experience a bad dream in your hotel. Surrounding area light were not working.
