    Upon entering the hotel lobby, it feels cramped with an unpleasant odor, predominantly a strong smell of cigarettes or nicotine permeating every floor. The rooms are notably small, with mold visible in the bathroom shower.

    Good value for money since it is quite cheap in Japan, the ***yen is suitable for foreigner taste also. However the only bad thing is wifi connection always not working.

    The staff really tried so hard and were amazing However this is the second time the English website of Agoda has given a hotel i have reserved the opposite of the request, and although I selected non-smoking on the English website for Agoda, the hotel specifically prepared the opposite (a smoking room), which was disappointing. Unfortunately the staff couldn’t do anything about it because of full bookings. Agoda, I may be mistaken but this is twice I’ve selected non-smoking and ended up with a smoking room. The other was APA at Kadoma, Osaka. On that occasion the staff had a spare room and could adjust it kindly. Please make double certain that the website interface to the hotel team is not sending the opposite data. Or set up a permanent “settings” in the website so it asks “are you sure you want to change to a smoking room?” Based on the past pattern of usage. This should be automatic.
