    Aircon is centralised control, even though there’s a switch for you to control it won’t work. The staff provided us with portable fan as the room has no ventilation and recommend us to open the window. Not sure is this the norm or due to difficult times with electricity prices. We went during spring so it was 10-15degree and still manageable. If the aircon not working during summer, likely will hot to death. Hotel is definitely aged but I find that overall is clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Prices are acceptable. Location is 15-30min walk to main shops, restaurant and station.

    Great time spent at the APA hotel. It was only a 10 minute walk from Tenjin and 20 minute walk from hakata. Included all kinds of amenities. Bed was very comfortable.

    Like the title, good location and that is pretty much it. Worn out hotel. Needs renovation badly.
