We stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 nights. Since we were a group of three, we were accommodated in a room in the annex building. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, and the beds were comfortable, although I found the pillows a little too firm for my liking. Fortunately, the hotel offers additional pillows with different options to suit your preferences, which can be found on the ground floor. I also appreciated that the shower room and toilet were separate, making the bathroom arrangement more convenient. I would especially like to commend Mr. Hiroki Yamamoto for being so understanding and going the extra mile to assist us when we arranged a shuttle to Hakata Station. His kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference in our stay. It's no wonder he is the hotel manager! Thank you for your hospitality. More power to you, Mr. Yamamoto, and to the entire hotel team! We appreciate your excellent service and wish you continued success.

If you dont smoke, you may not book this hotel. They accept the e-cigarette in room, so it really smells. The room is also a bit old-dated so it cannot remove the smell properly. Apart from this, the others are fine. The room rate is quite high compared to other cities, even Tokyo. Maybe because I was at Fukuoka right in the weekend of Obon holiday.
