    Pricey than other capsule hotels but it's definitely worth it for the space you get and the convenience. The cabin is spacious and the bed is huge and great especially for packing. Although there are only 2 shower cubicles on level 4, there has only been once where both cubicles were taken up at night. There are three toilet cubicles on level 4. Coin laundry is available at 300yen per wash and dryer 100yen/30mins. Taking the lift down to B1 brings you straight to the metro station and the underground walkway to namba walk or kintetsu line. Loved my stay here!

    On my first night, I arrived at first cabin at about 11.30pm local time. I was told by the front desk that there will be a power outage between 12-2am for building maintenance. I was told that I will not be able to move between the cabin area and the shower area as the electronically controlled doors won’t be working. This means that I will not be able to shower or wash up before bed. I asked the staff what if a fire breaks out. The staff says that in case of emergency, she will be able to assist to open the electronically controlled door. I told her that since she has a workaround, she should assist with opening the door if I’m locked out after showering. She told me that she can only open the door in the event of an emergency and told me to hurry up with using the shower instead. It was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful of the staff, falling far short of the hospitality I’ve encountered elsewhere in Japan and the Japanese people. To make matters worse, there is only ONE shower room for the whole of the fourth floor, which has roughly 20-30 cabins for men. This is grossly insufficient. Be prepared to use the public baths on the third floor. The only good thing about this place is the good location, if you can put up with the inconveniences. Overall, a very unpleasant stay. Stay at your own risk and be prepared for unhelpful staff and power outages.

    The place is accessible by elevator from namba underground. There’s a sento inside. Bed is a bit hard though.

    Stayed 3 days, appeared a doggy place, no lifts, no customer service counter or a person to take care of the customers, shower connected to the wash basin, the toilet not fixed to the floor properly, it was moving while seated, reservation includes breakfast but no one to check or no instructions given to the customer, mosquitoes in the room, Location is close to the Myeong dong market and train stations.
