    I paid ₹6,000 for the stay, but unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. The room was not up to the standard I expected. The TV was not working, there was no proper cleaning, and the washroom was extremely dirty. Overall, nothing was satisfactory during my stay. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. This was a very poor experience for me, and I would not recommend this place.

    Overall, I had a good stay at Echor Malusara, Bhimtal. The biggest highlight is the location—it’s absolutely top-notch, with beautiful lake views right from the room. Waking up to the view is definitely the best part of the stay. The food was good, and the pricing was quite reasonable—not overly expensive compared to many resorts in tourist areas. The staff was courteous, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. One thing I’d recommend is confirming your room type before booking. The property has both older and newer rooms. The newer rooms shown in the pictures look great, but some of the older rooms are noticeably dated in terms of construction and interiors. The main area where the property can improve is the cleanliness of the washrooms, which could be maintained much better. Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside stay with great views, good food, friendly staff, and decent prices, this is a good choice. Just make sure to confirm the room you’ll be getting before your stay.

    The place is decent for the price, the lake view is pretty great and rooms were cozy.Only thing is power availability and cleanliness as this place is near Lake there are sometimes dead insect and snail present on property and in rooms.Food was decent and was value for money.

    We stayed for two days in their cottage with Jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was not clean, the room needs a pest control! The first night we spent there, there was no electricity for nearly 5 hours. We also called the room service for water at 10 pm, and the call went unanswered 5 times. And when next day we asked they said everyone went home early with a condescending tone, I mean aren't you suppose to have people on desk 24x7 for safety purposes and what if some emergency would have happened? Also, their food tastes good but quantity is too less for the exorbitant amounts they charge. Our experience was not good. And we don't recommend it. The location is amazing, rooms are nice but their management needs to be changed. The management ruins the overall experience.
