I loved the property, the ambience, food, staff, rooms & cleanliness deserve 10/10 rating. The environment is so peaceful and calm would recommend it to every one who likes a relaxing & comfortable staycation. They have apartments for large family & 24hrs hot water & room service is also very prompt. Thank you moustache for the lovely service

Great property, location, food, but disappointing service. This was my 3rd visit. The first 2 were great, but the service has clearly deteriorated. We booked a 2 BHK, only to find it was 100m away from the main property—a detail not mentioned on the website or Agoda. The approach road was broken, washrooms smelled, & the staff were rude, dismissive of our concerns. After repeated requests, we were finally shifted to the main property 2 rooms in separate floors. A great property let down by poor service and lack of transparency.
