    The rooms were spacious and clean, complemented by excellent amenities and a tasty breakfast with nice views. Staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities were well-maintained, though the location was somewhat less convenient, which slightly impacted accessibility. Overall, a great value for the price paid.

    First, agoda botched our booking. When I reach there, the staff kept trying to upsell breakfast/ dinner. Rooms were equipped with little to no snacks. Half filled water bottle and empty shower gel bottles made it worse. I had also told them at booking that it was a special occasion but to keep up with their sub par service, they did nothing to make it special. Their novice staff was rude on certain occasions. For a hilton property, it was truly disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend/ wish this experience to anyone.

    Met most staff at front office resturant n room service were all under trainee .customer delight is a far far thing in this hotel , extremely boring stay n staff is a hugh dissapoint from front office to resturant to gym to pool to bar if u want rate its in minus doesnt look like u are in hospitable 5 star environent ,dont know who the GM of this property but the staff has tranished the HILTON BRAND , we came with a lovely expeirence with AGRA DOULBLE TREE HILTON customer service front office was A CLASS still remember ms.shilpa n srishti , resturant barbeque mr.*** , bar mr.***all were outstanding n made us spent at their zones we called up our friend n i booked another room to celebrate his sons birthday then we spend in barbeque we already had dinner buffet booked for all us only because of great experiences of front office n resturant n bar but in this hilton jaipur it is a strict no recomendation as we had a lovely experience in holiday inn city centre jaipur n lemeridian jaipur but hilton was like going to a govt office
