The staff is extremely rude and uncooperative. Room service was terrible. Even after asking for basic amenities there was no response for their side. No kitchen facility was available, gas lighted us for the whole day and in the end asked us to order food online.

My stay at Hotel President Banquet and Lawn was truly enjoyable. The room was neat, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was professional and cooperative, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the stay. The overall ambience of the property is peaceful and well suited for both leisure and events. A great place to stay—highly recommended.

The room looked exactly like shown in the picture. It was clean. However, they do not provide basic things like shampoo, moisturizer, shower cap, toothbrush & paste. Additionally, no stirrers were there with tea and coffee.
