The staff were very professional. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet for an additional fee but it was worth it as they offered a variety of delicious cuisines. The location was in a central point close to shopping mall and an hour from Ellora Caves and 2.5 hours to Ajanta. Our servers at the restaurant were great and of course the other staff too.

The location of the hotel is good. It is both close to the Highway as well as close to the city. The staff is polite and helpful
The shower in the bathroom was not working efficiently. The water was coming from the sides (across the edges since the cover has come off) instead of the centre and it was either too hot or cold.

location was good.
We booked the suite room. The bathroom had very bad smell , the fittings and the carpet smelled of dust and dampness. The room service was extremely slow. Food was average. Not value for money.
