    Such a spacious and modern room - great value for money! You can hear some street noise and the air conditioning temperature is controlled by reception but all amenity was great and we loved our stay.

    The hotel was fantastic. It's minutes away from Milan Centrale, so it makes travelling in and out of the city a breeze. There are some incredible coffee shops within walking distance. The only complaint is that it feels a little far from some great restaurants and things to do in the city, but it is right next to one of the tram stops. The staff was incredible.

    My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms have virtually no soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep or relax because you can hear almost everything from outside and from neighboring rooms. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the overall standard of hygiene was far below what I expected. There were also almost no services provided, and even basic necessities such as water had to be purchased separately. The surrounding area was also unpleasant and felt unsafe, with many problems in the neighborhood. On top of that, the staff and management were not professional or welcoming, and the overall treatment was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
